What is Choonament?

Choonament is a platform for creating and participating in single-elimination tournaments based on music tracks from an artist's discography. The name "Choonament" combines "choon" (slang for a good tune) and "tournament."

How It Works

Choonament uses a bracket-style, single-elimination tournament format where tracks compete head-to-head. In each round, users vote for their preferred track between pairs, and winners advance to the next round until one track emerges as the champion.

Getting Started

No account creation needed! Simply log in with your Google account - we'll automatically create your profile. No passwords to remember, no lengthy sign-up forms.

1. Log In: Use your Google account to authenticate instantly.
2. Create a Tournament: Click "New Tournament" to start.
3. Select an Artist: Search for any artist to create a tournament from their discography.
4. Choose Albums: Select which albums to include in your tournament.
5. Tournament Type: Choose between:
   • Personal: Only you can vote (great for determining your own favorite tracks)
   • Public: Share with others to vote (includes timed rounds)
6. Vote: Click on tracks in each matchup to vote for your favorites.
7. Progress: For personal tournaments, advance rounds manually. Public tournaments progress automatically after the time limit.
